I think the presentation should go up the week prior and be available for all. Most of the ones I’ve seen don’t have enough info anyway, so they just give an overview.
Mine will be available on my site anyway, so it wouldn’t bother me. Collaboration means sharing, if the presenters won’t share what does that say about all of us?
