  1. Keith Brooks says:

What no Hauppaugeboards? What about those massive CORE drives for OS/2?

  2. Glen says:

yes, OS|2 was a clear oversight.

Trivia[l] question, when did that operating system’s logo change from “OS|2″ to “OS/2″ ? and if you say it never was one or the other, think again ! :-)

  3. Great show… guys and girl…

The IP address in server open database to create a connection documents worked on R5.

Liked the geek talk about PC and the first PC. I had (my fathers) Atari 800XL for basic programming. First modem was 2k4 (2400Boud).

    Thanks….

  4. This was a fun episode to listen to (OK, they *all* are). Given how many of you got started on Commodore 64′s, I was surprised that no one brought up two things that always come to mind when I think back to that era: Using a whole punch to make my own double-sided 5 1/4″ disks, and single-drive disk-to-disk copying programs(allowing you to make a copy of a disk with just one disk drive… all in a matter of (many, many, many) minutes.
